IMPERIUM Consulting Services Inc. (ICS) is a Disabled Veteran Owned business management consulting firm providing custom solutions and a personal touch to help our clients gain the "Power to Command", achieve and sustain organizational goals and objectives.

What we Do:

ICS provides the "Power" for clients to improve their performance and sustain gains by integrating strategic development and alignment, change management, technical tools, and industry best practices in five imperative business areas: Strategic Alignment, Change Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Project and Program Management, Data Analysis, and the application of Information Technology.

How we do it:

ICS understands that all business cases and organizational goals and objectives are different, therefore, we utilize the methodologies that best fit your organizational situation.  Our associates commonly utilize  Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Institute (PMI), Agile Project Management and DevOps methodologies to tailor solutions that address your needs.

We understand that business moves at the speed of light.  To keep up with the pace of business and rapidly changing requirements, organizations can not always accept the cost of doing business as usual by utilizing traditional Lean Six Sigma or Waterfall project management techniques that deliver results over long periods of time.  To "COMMAND" the changing needs of business and gain the trust and confidence of our clients and their employees, we focus on taking a holistic view of your organization and work hand -in-hand to establish organizational and departmental objectives to get your organization on the road to success. Together, we develop and monitor Key Process Indicators (KPI's) to ensure we are on the road to achieve your objectives .  Once leadership confirms the roadmap, we determine the critical tasks and break them down into manageable pieces, prioritize them to meet business needs, and utilize Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), Kaizen Events, and Agile Project Management methodology to deliver rapid, consistent and incremental change.
